2)  Admission Fee Courses Fee and Exam Fee Non-Refundable Non-Transferable
     Once you are done enrolling,

 3) The Fees Cycle will never change once the enrollment is done,

4) The Fees  Structure for diploma certification courses
We teach and train,
Hear and play any song & Sound,
And Professionally Instrument playing Level,
Like Pro level and Create themself music & Notes, 

   The fees Cycle will be increased every each 4 Levels by 500 rupees for         Diploma  Certification courses,

5)  For Trinity London College  International certified Courses and Grades 0 to 8 Fees will be increased by 1000 rupees for every each grade, 

6) Students who fail to deposit the fee on time will not be allowed to attend             the  classes,

7) Students appearing for exams are required to submit examination  fee,

    This fee would be forwarded to the representative of the concerned
    Examination Board  (amount will vary depending on the Examination Board
    and Grade) this fee is not included in students' tuition fees or in any charges paid by the  student to the institute, parents may collect the receipt of such exam fee from the institute office after payment of fees,

8) If the Student leaves the institute or takes a break from the institute after
finishing his/her registration will remain 6 months from the day of enrollment,
Thus if the student rejoins within 6 months he or she does not need to pay the admission fee again rejoin fee will be applicable if he or rejoins after a 6month of his enrollment,

9) Nominal late fine can be charged by the institute in case of a delay in the fees,

10) holy days & Makeup Classes,
The institute works 7 days a week, Monday to Sunday, it remains closed on national /Publics holidays such as republic day independence day Gandhi Jayanthi Diwali, etc, the schedule of holidays is displayed on the institute  notie board  from the time to time .please refer to list of holidays,

11) NO makeup for classes for national holidays,

12 ) All classes should be completed within the duration of enrollment,
this includes makeup classes and the regular classes,

13)Any classes missed due to late payment of fee will not be entertained by the institute,

14) In case a student misses a lesson the student will be marked absent. we will give the lessons and notes to learn at their home 

15 ) makeup class will be provided only if the institute remains close on the day of class ( in case of any emergency ) or if the class is canceled due to the absence of the trainer,

16) workshops/lectures demonstrations arranged for the benefit of students from time to time will be treated as regular classes .attendence at such workshops will be deemed compulsory and will be counted of the regular scheduled classes,  

17 ) Others: The institute shall not provide any study materials but can help students to get the material at the marketplace, student appearing for the examination board are required to purchase an original copy of the examination book,

18 )Students are required to possess an instrument of the recommended quality for all Instrumental studies, however, during class students will be provided the instrument,

19 )Institute reserves the right to change the teacher assigned to a student at any point in time,

20 )All queries about extra lessons timetable, Payments, holidays, attendance, etc , should be communicated to the institute office only, the teacher will not able to help on these issues,

21 ) Students pursuing additional disciplines are not required to pay any additional admission charges,

22 ) Students attending instrumental music classes are taught  in a group  by the teacher , Individual  classes for instruments have different fees structure while dance students are taught in groups, vocal classes may be held in individual or in groups,

23 )Instrumental music classes are arranged at the time and on the day mutually convenient to the teacher and the student depending upon the availability of the seats 

24 )In all matters the decision of the management committee shall be final and irrevocable,
